Sponsorship Opportunities
The BC Cancer Agency welcomes companies and organizations to sponsor and exhibit at the Annual Cancer Conference. There are three levels of sponsorship available – Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each category features a number of complimentary registrations for the full three-day meeting, exhibit space in the main exhibit hall, invitations to the Awards Banquet and the Sponsor/Leadership reception, and many other benefits to enhance your organization's profile with the 1,000 delegates.
Organizations confirming at the Platinum level have first right of refusal to present an Industry Symposium in conjunction with the meeting, at their own additional expense. Gold level sponsors receive second right of refusal to present a symposium.
Pharmaceutical firms that do not choose to sponsor or exhibit at the conference, may register their individual representatives for a $1,500 registration fee each. This fee is reflected in the online registration form.
