Each attendee must personally check in at the registration office, in the Cypress Room 2, level 2, to pick up a registration package and Badge before attending any sessions or events. Registration identification badges are required for admission to all sessions, meals, refreshment breaks and social events.
For delegates wishing to attend sessions on more than one day. It includes: all sessions, badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
For delegates wishing to attend a session(s) for one day only. It includes: name badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to the exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for that one day.
For students only. ID will be required. It includes: all sessions, name badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
For delegates wishing to attend one or more sessions on any day of the conference. It includes: all sessions, badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
Includes dinner, entertainment and awards.
