Payment Options:
We accept cheque, Visa, or Mastercard. Please make all cheques payable to "BC Cancer Agency" and mail to the attention of Heena Vadgama, Annual Cancer Conference, BC Cancer Agency, 600 West 10th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada, V5Z 4E6. (Please note there is a $10 cheque handling charge.)

On-Site Registration and Check-In:
Hours: Thursday, December 1 - 07:00 to 18:00; Friday, December 2 - 07:00 to 17:30; Saturday, December 3 - 07:00 to 17:00
Each attendee must personally check in at the registration office, in the Cypress Room 2, level 2, to pick up a registration package and Badge before attending any sessions or events. Registration identification badges are required for admission to all sessions, meals, refreshment breaks and social events.
Registration Fee Structure:
Early Bird Fee and Regular Registration Fee
For delegates wishing to attend sessions on more than one day. It includes: all sessions, badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
One Day Fee
For delegates wishing to attend a session(s) for one day only. It includes: name badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to the exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for that one day.
Student Fee
For students only. ID will be required. It includes: all sessions, name badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
Onsite Fee
For delegates wishing to attend one or more sessions on any day of the conference. It includes: all sessions, badge, any handouts, copy of abstracts, notepad, access to exhibit hall, light breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch for the full conference.
Awards Banquet Fee
Includes dinner, entertainment and awards.
Non Sponsoring/Exhibiting Pharmaceutical Representative
Flat fee for 3 days for non sponsoring/exhibiting representatives of $1500
