Here, exhibitors participating in the 2011 BC Cancer Agency Annual Cancer Conference will find all the information needed to plan for their exhibits.
Below, please find the Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus, and the various order forms from the Westin Bayshore Vancouver which are necessary to arrange for telephone, Internet, power, video, other equipment, shipping and receiving.
The Exhibit Hall Floor Plan will also be posted here, along with exhibit space assignments once exhibit sales are completed.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Prospectus (2011): Information regarding the conference venue, set-up and take down times, equipment, etc.
Exhibitor Service Manual: Show-in-Motion is the official show management company for the 2011 conference. As part of their contract with BCCA, they will provide each exhibitor with one 6’ skirted table and two comfortable chairs. All other requirements you may have for your exhibit must be ordered through Show-in-Motion, with the exception of a telephone or Internet connection, which is ordered separately from The Westin Bayshore Vancouver.
